NirvaScribe was founded on a simple belief: that every minute a clinician spends on paperwork is a minute taken from the patient in front of them. We're here to give that time back.
In 2024, Anup sat in a hospital waiting room post-surgery. Not waiting for care — waiting for paperwork. Nurses, doctors, and anaesthetists worked through documentation that took nearly 90 minutes to complete. Time that no one should lose.
With a background in data science and risk analytics in energy and asset management, Anup knew what intelligent automation could do. He partnered with Chaithra Kumar — a medical-industry AI engineer with five years building clinical systems and NirvaScribe was born.
Together, they set out to eliminate the documentation burden that quietly erodes clinician wellbeing and patient care across Australia's healthcare system.

Mission
We build AI-powered documentation tools that reduce clinical administrative burden — so healthcare professionals can focus fully on the people they care for, not the paperwork they generate.
Vision
We envision an Australian healthcare system where every consultation ends at the handshake — where documentation is automatic, accurate, and compliant, and clinicians leave on time.
The principles that shape how we build

Every AI output is designed to meet Medicare, NDIS, and Australian Privacy Principles standards. We don't cut corners on compliance.

Patient data is never used to train models. Our platform is built HIPAA-ready and Australian Privacy Act compliant from the ground up.

We design for real workflows — GP visits, telehealth calls, NDIS reviews. If it doesn't save time in practice, it doesn't ship.

Clinicians should always know what the AI produced and why. We flag uncertainty, never overstate confidence, and keep humans in control.

Healthcare doesn't stand still. We ship regular updates, listen to clinician feedback, and improve with every new specialty we support.

From solo GPs to large hospital networks, NirvaScribe is priced and designed to be accessible to every practice size across Australia.
