NirvaScribe is an AI medical scribe for doctors, GPs and allied health professionals. It listens to the consult and writes the note.
Consultation summaries, referral letters, SOAP notes, progress notes and consult reports — built from your conversation with the patient. Pick the template that fits, or bring your own.
Always. Transcription and the first draft are automatic, but nothing files itself. You read every note, change anything you want, and you stay the clinician of record.
Yes. Ask before you start — it takes one sentence, something like “I use a tool that writes my notes while we talk, is that alright?” Getting consent is your responsibility, and it is a requirement of our terms of service.
There isn’t any. Nothing is recorded and nothing is stored — the consult streams through and the note comes out the other end. No jokes here, this bit is serious.
In Australia. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and held to the Australian Privacy Principles, HIPAA and SOC 2 Type 1. Nothing is used to train models.
It adapts across general practice, dermatology, psychiatry, paediatrics, audiology, dietetics and more. If your specialty documents differently, you can set your own headings and order.
[PLACEHOLDER — confirm which practice management systems are supported, and whether write-back exists yet. Today the answer is that you read the note and copy it into the record.]
Sixty sessions a month cost nothing. Pro is $120 a month, or $100 a month billed yearly. All prices in AUD, GST included, and there are no lock-in contracts.
A session starts the moment you start transcribing. It ends when you tap next session, and that next one starts a new session. Length doesn’t matter — a two-minute review and an hour-long assessment both count as one.
